Green Heart Restorations is a Limited Company based in London, the place where we build relationships and where we cultivate the international perspective that defines our work. From here, we offer the convenience of being easily reachable: always available for in-person meetings and just as ready to connect virtually whenever needed.
As client advisors and project coordinators, our role is to guide you through every step of the process with transparency and discretion. A deep understanding of the Italian landscape and the expectations of global clients gives us the ability to keep each project moving smoothly from first conversation to final handover.

I’m Lucy, co-founder of Green Heart Restorations.
My journey over the last 15 years has been working in the world of luxury, and it’s taught me so much about what term “luxury” means to different people. For me, it’s the understated things - the small but thoughtful details, the choices that feel effortless but intentional. I’ve always been drawn to those subtleties.
My background is in art and design, so it’s no coincidence that interior design and architecture have always been in my periphery. The idea of creating and shaping a space of my own has just felt… right.
I’ve worked with Enrico for over six years, and thanks to our work - and my desire to travel - I got the chance to visit his hometown in Italy. That trip changed everything. I completely fell for Umbria. The people, the food, the culture, the landscape... There’s something magical and grounding about this region of Italy.
Being there made me realise how much beauty there is in breathing life back into something old - restoring what once was, honouring a story that’s already been written, and adding fresh chapters to the legacy rather than starting from scratch.
It made me want to share this experience with others who feel the same pull: people who want to create something meaningful and lasting.
Green Heart Restorations was on the horizon and there was no turning back. I can’t wait to see where your journey goes, and to help bring your dream home to life.

I have come to realise that gaps between people, cultures and ideas are inevitable aspects of life. Bridging these distances is what I love to do.
My negotiator’s nature comes from a genuine need to bring people together, find common ground and create outcomes that work for everyone.
At university, a political science professor once told me I’d become a diplomat. Instead, I left my native Italy nearly 15 years ago and built my path in consultancy and management within the luxury goods and luxury hospitality industries.
Over time, I have reflected on what luxury truly means to me: intention, dedication and execution of meaningful crafts and services that take time and expertise to come alive. That is my definition of luxury.
I was born in Tuscany and grew up in Umbria. Many people in my homeland have the privilege of belonging to impressive landscapes and historical towns shaped centuries ago and preserved through generations.
Today, Green Heart Restorations offers a way for others to become part of that story and to own a small corner of a place that feels timeless.
This is what led me here: combining experience, local knowledge and sense of purpose, while supporting clients in making decisions that will enrich their lives.
